Regulations of rest in the Wincentówka Agritourism. For the sake of your safety and peace of mind, please read the following regulations. 1. Reservation.
Reservations for the stay can be made in person, at the facility, by phone, by e-mail via social networks and other means of communication. The condition for the reservation is a deposit of 30% or the entire amount for the stay and sending the confirmation by e-mail or other form. 2. Accepted forms of payment.

- transfer to the indicated bank account number, presenting it on arrival or sending a confirmation by e-mail or other form.

- Payment for the stay is non-refundable in the event of shortening the stay
The tourist tax is charged additionally. 3. Check-in. - Rooms in our Agritourism are rented for days
- Guests are required to present an ID card or another document confirming their identity on the day of check-in (the clause on the protection of personal data "GDPR" in the facility)
- Check-in starts at. 14.00 and ends at 11.00 on the last day of stay.
- The guest may extend the stay after prior arrangement with the host, as long as the agritourism has free rooms. 4. Acceptance of animals. Due to the fact that there are other animals in the agritourism area, Wincentówka does not accept guests' pets.
5. Smoking.
Smoking in the Agroturystyka Wincentówka is strictly forbidden.

6. Eating meals.
Meals may be consumed only in the canteen or dining room of the Wincentówka facility. This is the location designated by the facility. It is strictly forbidden to eat in rooms. 7. Use of the Facility. - The tourist is obliged to observe the order of the agritourism farm and to use all rooms in accordance with their intended use
- Please do not enter the facility in contaminated footwear after mountain expeditions
- The guest of the Wincentówka Agritourism has the right to use the kitchen and dining room to prepare and consume a meal
Due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic, Agritourism reserves the right to prohibit the use of the kitchen by guests until further notice. Breakfasts are arranged by the property at an additional cost. Please do not make take-away sandwiches from breakfast prepared by Agroturystyka.

- We are "ECO". Please throw away empty bottles into marked containers (we do not leave them in the rooms)
- The guest can use the iron and ironing board in the designated technical room
- Guests undertake to use the rooms of the Agritourism Wincentówka only for residential and recreational purposes. 8. Silence at night. The absolute curfew is valid in the summer season from May to September at 23.00 to 7.00 am, in the winter season from October to April 22.00 to 6.00. 9. Liability for damages.
- Guests of the Wincentówka Agritourism are fully responsible for any damage caused to the rooms or on the premises during the rental of rooms due to the fault of the guest or visitors. Injury means both the destruction / damage to the room equipment or other elements being the object of the Wincentówka Agritourism, and their loss. - In the event of damage to the room or on the premises due to the fault of the guest or the fault of visitors, the guest is obliged to cover the costs of its repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by children. 10. Notification of damage. - The guest should notify the owners about any damage in the room or about its finding.
11. Access to the facility. - Guests are required to store the room key with due care. In the event of its loss, guests will be charged with the costs of replacing two lock inserts in the amount of PLN 100. 12. Guest property. - Agrotourism Wincentówka is not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the guest, as well as for valuables left in the rooms. 13. Termination of stay.
In the event that the guest significantly violates the peace and / or welfare of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly used standards of coexistence between people, Agroturystyka Wincentówka reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay with immediate effect and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period. In matters not covered by the above regulations, generally applicable law shall apply.
